We would like everyone to welcome our new dance teachers Keith and Annette Johns, they start teaching on May 7th. Many of you know Keith and Annette having attended their classes at Border Rockers.  They will be teaching 4 Step rock n roll, new moves and partner dances.

INTRODUCTION Keith and Annette have been teaching Rock n Roll Dancing in this region since 2004. Beginning 15 years ago in the Murwillumbah area with “Dance Time” and later forming “Border Rockers” at Kirra. Simultaneously they began doing a weekly RnR dance night at South Tweed Sports calling it “Club Rock”. After a few years the RSL and Bowls Clubs in the area had taken notice the popularity of the RnR following and began creating their own regular RnR nights/days in their clubs. Keith and Annette have taught 4 Step, 6 step (Tap Step), 8 Step (Triple Step), Rockabilly, Triples and Partnered Dances. Now they have come out of a short retirement to teach at Gold Coast Rockers.

First Tuesday of the month is our club colour's Yellow & Black Night.

Usually its around every 6 to 8 weeks you are on, you do not have to pay entry on the night and finish after the raffles are drawn.

This is your club. Volunteering your Services to be at the front desk is very much appreciated.
